Rooibos Tea

Native to a very small region in South Africa, Rooibos herbal tea is a rising star among tea drinkers. It has every bit as pleasant a flavor as regular tea, but is reported to have higher concentrations of anti-oxidants, yielding better health benefits. It is also naturally contains no caffeine, and is colloquially known as red tea.
